Boating Safety Education Regulations Available for Public Comment |

| The Board of Game and Inland Fisheries has proposed amendments to the Commonwealth's boating regulations, with a public comment period open through March 16, 2008. The proposal is to add a new Chapter 410 to the boating regulations to address the boating safety education compliance requirement established by ยง 29.1-735.2 of the Code of Virginia, as set forth in House Bill 1627/Senate Bill 1241 from the 2007 Session of the Virginia General Assembly.
