VMRC Approves Option 5, 2008 Flounder Regulation |

| The decision was made during the Commission's regular meeting held February 26, 2008 at Commission headquarters. Proposed amendments to Regulation 4VAC20-620, "Pertaining to Summer Flounder", to establish the 2008 recreational fishery measures. Unanimously approved Option 5, a 19-inch size limit with a five-fish possession limit, and a mid-season closure from July 21-30.
